Embracing Our Differences 2027 Exhibition - Call for Art

An international juried outdoor exhibition in Southwest Florida, selecting 50 billboard-size artworks on the theme “Embracing Our Differences.”

Deadline: 1 July 2026.

Application Fee / Participation Fee: No submission or entry fee. The official page also states that there is no limit on the number of submissions.

Eligibility: Artists, professionals, amateurs, and students may participate. National and international submissions are encouraged. Participants must be at least 13 years old, or submit with parental/guardian consent if under 13.

Artwork / Submission Requirements

Submit original artwork reflecting the theme “Embracing Our Differences.”

Artwork must be horizontal and should fit the required aspect ratio of 12.8 inches wide by 8.8 inches high.

Digital files must be high resolution, at least 300 dpi, and under 400 MB.

Include an artist statement of no more than 150 words. AI-generated artwork is not accepted.

Prize / Benefits

Fifty submissions will be selected for the exhibition.

The 2027 exhibition will be displayed from mid-January through mid-April at multiple locations in Southwest Florida.

Cash awards total 6,000 USD: 2,000 USD each for Best-in-Show Adult, Best-in-Show Student, and People’s Choice Award.

Artists and photographers with clear, accessible visual works about inclusion, identity, kindness, resilience, cultural difference, or shared humanity.

Notes for Applicants

Selected artists retain the rights to their art while granting Embracing Our Differences a broad license for exhibition, catalog, promotional, educational, and related uses. Applicants should read the official terms before submitting.
