Gallery 456, operated by the Chinese American Arts Council, invites contemporary artists of all media to apply for exhibitions in 2026. The open call places particular emphasis on work that reflects or engages with Chinese and/or broader Asian heritage, while welcoming artists of all backgrounds and nationalities. Both emerging and established artists are encouraged to apply.

Selected artists will present their work in two-week exhibitions at Gallery 456 in SoHo, New York. A space fee applies to support gallery operations, with fee waivers available for artists facing financial difficulty. Applicants must be 18 or older and able to travel to New York for installation.
