PhotoVogue MENA Panorama Regional Open Call 2026

A free regional open call for photographers, video makers, and multimedia artists from the Middle East and North Africa and members of the diaspora who maintain a meaningful connection to the region.

Eligibility

• Artists aged 18 or older from the Middle East and North Africa.

• Members of the MENA diaspora who maintain a meaningful connection to the region.

• Photography, video, and multimedia projects are accepted across genres including fashion, documentary, portraiture, fine art, conceptual work, and experimental practice.

Application / Project Requirements

• Submit through Picter.

• A series of up to 15 images, or a combination of images and video for multimedia projects, and/or a 60-second video trailer.

• Artists who previously applied to a PhotoVogue open call may apply with a new project.

Funding / Support / Benefits

• Total grants of USD 8,000: USD 4,500 Outstanding Vision Grant, USD 2,000 Vision Grant, and USD 1,500 Rising Voice Grant.

• Presentation at the 2027 PhotoVogue Festival.

• Potential publication across regional Condé Nast titles including Vogue, GQ, Architectural Digest, and Condé Nast Traveler.

• Invitation to PhotoVogue Virtual Portfolio Reviews.
