Eligibility: The official page states that artists from around the world are welcome to apply. It lists visual artists, muralists, interdisciplinary artists, designers, community-based practitioners, collectives, architects or spatial practitioners, and creatives working across disciplines.

Application / Project Requirements: The official page states that projects may take forms such as public installations, participatory interventions, collaborative processes, performances, temporary activations, workshops, story-based works, or hybrid approaches. The 2026 theme is “Visible Mending.”

Award / Support / Benefits: Four artists will be selected in 2026 to develop community-rooted public interventions to be implemented in 2027. Each selected artist receives USD 15,000 total to cover artist fees, production costs or community activation, and documentation. Selected artists also receive creative direction and storytelling support, plus visibility through TED and Fine Acts global platforms.
