UK International AI Award Spring 2027: Worldwide Art, Animation and Games Entries, Jan 30
Opportunity and organisers
UK International AI Award, organised by Global Arts Group Limited, is accepting worldwide applications for its Spring 2027 season. Categories cover generative digital art, AI illustration and photography, film, short animation, motion graphics, AI sound and music, game worldbuilding, interactive experiences, virtual spaces, design, creative writing and social-impact technologies. The entry deadline is January 30, 2027, and results are scheduled for February 28. Entrants younger than eighteen must use a parent or guardian to submit the form.
Submission requirements
Complete the online application and pay the category fee before providing access to the work. Videos are submitted by YouTube link and images by a viewable Google Drive folder. One major category is allowed per application; entering additional fields requires separate applications and payments. The official public rules confirm that there is a non-refundable fee but do not clearly publish its amount, so check the actual payment screen and any optional charges before committing. Applicants are responsible for securing the rights to all images, sounds and likenesses.
Schedule, fees, prizes and intellectual property
The judging system assigns Grand to 96–100 points, Platinum to 90–95, Gold to 85–89 and Silver to 80–84. Everyone receives an electronic certificate, while winners can obtain award badges and potential website features. Physical medals and paper certificates are optional purchases, not complimentary cash prizes. A crucial legal caveat: although copyright remains with the creator, the published licence permits the organiser to edit, republish and sublicense submitted materials for publicity and related events across media, lasting for the lifetime of the IP right and not unilaterally terminable. Sensitive unpublished work requires advance written contact with the organisers.
Independently edited summary of an external opportunity. Before entering or paying, check the organiser's current deadline, category fee, eligibility, copyright, privacy and image/audio licences. Official terms prevail.
