- Langley City Fall Street Banner Program 2026: Digital-Ready Public Art Proposals Due October 29
Langley City in British Columbia, Canada, is calling for original visual-art and design proposals for its Fall Street Banner Program. The work will be displayed as street banners in downtown Langley, giving local artists a chance to create public-facing graphic work. The regional arts-sector announcement gives October 29, 2026, as the application date; applicants should use the current official City document to confirm the exact submission cut-off. Eligible applicants and artistic approach The opportunity is geared towards emerging and established artists, designers and creative teams from British Columbia's Lower Mainland and surrounding region. The concept should reflect autumn and the culture, places, nature or community character of Langley. Digital illustration, photography, printmaking and other visual practices suitable for conversion to bold, legible large-format graphics are relevant. Design brief The commission concerns two complementary street-banner designs intended to work together as a left-and-right pair. The imagery should read clearly from a distance, suit outdoor display and remain appropriate for public settings. The regional call describes a vertical banner of approximately 32 by 60 inches, but applicants must rely on the current municipal PDF for exact specifications, production files and template requirements. Application materials The published arts-sector call asks applicants to present their artistic background through a résumé, biography or CV, examples of previous work and a short statement of interest or concept. Before making any files, open the current municipal call-for-artists document to check whether the City requires final design files at the application stage or only a concept and portfolio. Requirements reported in reposted listings are not fully consistent, so the current City PDF should take precedence. Fee and production The selection is a public-art opportunity rather than a guaranteed commission for everyone who applies. Regional listings indicate a design honorarium and separate municipal responsibility for printing and installation, but summaries disagree over the fee amount. Applicants should confirm the remuneration, ownership and reproduction rights directly in Langley City's official call before committing to production. About Langley City's public-art programme Langley City maintains a public arts and culture programme that includes street banners, murals, galleries and projects with local creative organisations. Its municipal website features the Fall Street Banner artist call alongside other public-art initiatives. This provides a directly traceable organising institution and official application documentation. How to verify and apply The municipality provides the current official 'Call for Artists: Fall Street Banner Program' PDF on its Arts & Culture page. Read its eligibility rules, required materials and submission instructions, and aim to submit before October 29 rather than relying on a later date shown by third-party calendars. - Stellar Entertainment Recruiting a Technical Artist in Guildford — UK Right to Work Required
Stellar Entertainment is accepting applications for a Technical Artist to work with its game art and engineering teams in Guildford, United Kingdom. The studio develops video games and describes its current work as a new, unannounced AAA project. This is a full-time position with a hybrid workplace arrangement, not an independent art competition or a project grant. The role bridges visual art and engineering. The successful applicant will improve asset-creation workflows, address technical problems in game engines and production systems, collaborate across departments and provide technical guidance to other artists. Optimising assets for performance and scalability, and maintaining reliable technical art processes, are central responsibilities. The employer asks for a portfolio demonstrating both artistic and technical skills, previous experience as a Technical Artist including shipped titles, and practical ability with Unreal Engine, Maya or 3ds Max. Scripting experience in languages such as C++, Python or MEL, alongside knowledge of shaders, lighting and rendering, is also sought. Additional C++ expertise is advantageous rather than mandatory. Eligibility is geographically restricted: Stellar Entertainment states it cannot sponsor visas or provide relocation support for this vacancy. Candidates must already be based in the UK and have the right to work there. The employer lists hybrid working, a discretionary bonus, healthcare including dental and eye care, pension and other benefits. A salary and fixed application deadline are not published on the official vacancy page; do not assume that the vacancy is a rolling call. Applications are made through the employer's official job page: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/stellarentertainment/4526ffd2-860e-4e2d-8743-4e637ca0ced6. Review the full job requirements and complete its application process there. Information verified on 21 October 2026. - Contemporary Horizons 2026: Worldwide Digital Photography Exhibition, November 20 Deadline
TCG Gallery is accepting submissions to Contemporary Horizons, an international, open-theme digital photography exhibition. The call welcomes documentary, portraiture, landscape, still life, abstraction, staged and experimental photography, including digitally produced work and alternative-process photography. The deadline is November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. US Eastern Time. Selected works are to be presented online from December 1–31, 2026 and remain in the gallery's archive after the show. Worldwide eligibility, with a major AI restriction Artists aged eighteen and older may apply internationally. Previously shown photographs are welcome where their creators hold the necessary rights. The gallery specifically excludes work created by generative AI or substantially altered using generative AI. Digital photography and ordinary photographic editing are not the same as permission to submit AI-synthesized images. Applicants should check the gallery's exact policy if their workflow involves extensive content-aware image generation. The prospectus also notes applicable US sanctions and payment-processing restrictions. Files and upload preparation Each entry includes one to three JPG or JPEG photographs, with at least 1,200 pixels along the longest edge. Do not add a watermark, visible artist signature or identifying mark to the submitted images. Supply title, year, technique, physical print dimensions, and either a sale price or NFS (not for sale). Portraiture, landscape and conceptual work are judged on visual strength, originality, execution and contribution to a coherent exhibition, rather than on whether a literal horizon appears in the picture. Entry fee, fee waivers and artist rights The submission charge is US$15 for up to three images. A one-image entry is permitted and multiple paid entries are allowed. Fee waivers are available through a separate request process, which must be completed before submitting and no later than November 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Artists keep copyright; selected entrants grant non-exclusive credited display, archiving and promotion permission. Work may be marked not for sale. If it sells through the gallery, the gallery takes a thirty-percent commission. The call does not promise a cash award or physical catalogue. Organizer, selection and dates TCG Gallery administers an online programme of juried photographic shows, publishes exhibition archives, advertises detailed prospectuses and credits selected artists with their work's medium and dimensions. The gallery's own 2026 call page and listings on state arts councils provide ways to verify the opportunity. Artist notifications are scheduled for November 27, 2026; the exhibition is scheduled for December 1–31. The calendar leaves a short turnaround between selection and opening, so only submit images you can license for public display promptly. Official prospectus and application Use TCG Gallery's Contemporary Horizons prospectus and the form linked from that same page. Review image dimensions, ownership, the AI exclusion, the copyright licence and the possible gallery sales commission before paying a non-refundable fee. Check the Eastern Time deadline rather than applying by midnight in your own time zone. Independent editorial research checked October 21, 2026. The organizer's current official call controls eligibility, dates, fees and participant rights.
- Gresham Petite Creations 2026: Local Digital Prints and Photography in Winter Art Exhibition
The Gresham Area League for the Arts (GALA) in Oregon has opened submissions for Petite Creations, a juried exhibition and holiday sale of small original artworks. The display runs from November 23, 2026 to January 8, 2027 at the Gresham Council Chamber gallery and is promoted online by GALA. Painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital art, sculpture, pottery and fiber art are eligible. Entries close Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Applicants should plan for physical delivery of accepted work, rather than assuming a digital-only online gallery. Hard geographic limit: within thirty miles GALA says artists must reside within thirty miles of Gresham, Oregon in order to deliver their accepted artworks in person to the gallery. Preference is given to residents of the immediate Greater Gresham Area. A photographer living elsewhere in Oregon or an artist submitting from another country is not eligible merely because image files can be uploaded online. The regional eligibility is particularly important for digital artists accustomed to all-remote online exhibitions. Artwork dimensions and digital formats Two-dimensional pieces, including digitally printed photographs or illustrations, must measure no more than nine by nine inches and at least five by five inches, including the frame. Three-dimensional pieces must stay within nine inches in every dimension. The work must be original, complete and ready to hang or display. A screen-based or audio-dependent installation is not explicitly promised technical support; participants should confirm the gallery's equipment and power policies before proposing electronics. The hosted entry system accepts one to three photographed works in JPG format, with one entry per artist. Entry costs, selection and handover The current listing gives an entry fee of US$30. Submissions are due October 28, a curatorial review is planned for November 2 and artists are to be notified November 4. Accepted work is received on November 21, before the opening of the display. The opening reception is listed for December 10, and artwork pickup for January 9, 2027. The physical artwork must remain installed throughout the exhibition. Check Gallery and Hanging Guidelines and any terms concerning sales, insurance, commission and delivery before paying. Who organizes the show? GALA is a regional arts organization hosting visual-arts exhibitions and events in Gresham. Its published announcement specifies a city council gallery, a seasonal online gallery, curatorial review, onsite display requirements and a public contact. In addition to an exhibition, the programme includes a holiday market and local viewing opportunities. These elements identify a real community programme, though the call is not an unrestricted international grant or a salaried creative position. Official entry route Start at GALA's Petite Creations page and open its EntryThingy listing to register and upload work. Applicants may contact curator@galaarts.org about requirements and eligibility. Keep the October 28 date, thirty-mile residence rule and physical delivery commitment in view when selecting pieces. Independent editorial research checked October 21, 2026. The organizer's current official call controls eligibility, dates, fees and participant rights.

Open Gallery describes itself as an independent contemporary visual-art space founded in 2022. Eligible work Artists may propose two-dimensional or three-dimensional work. The listed media include painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, jewellery, artist books and mixed media. Applicants should select work that can be installed and presented safely in the Halifax gallery and should provide clear images and accurate details. - Casa Lethbridge 'Waste Not' 2027: Southern Alberta Artists Invited to Sustainability Exhibition
The Gallery at Casa in Lethbridge, Alberta, is seeking expressions of interest from regional artists for 'Waste Not', a themed 2027 exhibition exploring waste, recycling and environmental responsibility. The show is planned for June 12 to August 16, 2027 and will occupy exhibition areas across both floors of Casa. The expression-of-interest deadline is November 1, 2026, with completed artwork expected by June 1, 2027. This is a local-region exhibition proposal, not a worldwide online contest. Theme and eligibility The official gallery call welcomes artists from the Lethbridge and southern Alberta region and asks how creative work can engage local conversations around sustainability, consumption and responsibility for discarded materials. Artists may consider photography, installations, digital images, projections or technology-driven work where the result is appropriate to a gallery setting and the organizer agrees to the technical requirements. The exhibition is a partnership with the Lethbridge Waste and Recycling Centre. Do not infer that an installation relying on dangerous materials or unsupervised equipment would be accepted. Expression of interest versus finished work The November 1 deadline concerns the initial expression of interest; it is not the deadline to transport completed artworks. The official programme identifies June 1, 2027 as the expected work-completion date, allowing successful participants time to produce a response to the exhibition concept. Applicants should review the detailed 'Waste Not' submission information linked from the gallery's call page for what sketches, photographs, artist statements, CV information or production descriptions are needed at the first stage. Planning sustainable media and digital installation work An effective proposal can connect its materials or method with the subject: reused displays, documentary images, interactive data visualisation of recycling flows, archival research or an installation showing the afterlife of discarded consumer electronics. These are illustrative artistic directions, not promised acceptance categories. The gallery's general programming includes photography, new media, video art and installation, but individual equipment, power and visitor-safety arrangements must be approved before an artist invests in a new electronic build. About Casa and its cultural partners The Gallery at Casa is an established public arts venue in Lethbridge, run within the city's community arts infrastructure and associated with the Allied Arts Council. It exhibits work by southern Alberta artists and presents screenings, talks and accessible cultural programming. 'Waste Not' is publicly described as a collaboration between the gallery and the Lethbridge Waste and Recycling Centre, giving the call an identifiable venue, artistic purpose, supporting institution and dates. The announcement does not establish a fixed cash award for every participating artist, so budgeting questions should be directed to the gallery. Applying through the official venue Go to Casa Lethbridge's official Calls for Submission page, open 'View Submission Information: Waste Not' and use the method specified in that document. Confirm your eligibility as a regional artist, the November 1 expression-of-interest cutoff, work completion by June 1 and any terms on display insurance, production materials, honoraria and installation. Artists preparing technology-intensive or projected work should discuss feasibility with the curator early. Independently checked 21 October 2026. The organizer's current terms and application portal control eligibility, fees, technical requirements and deadlines.
- Coquitlam 2027–28 Visual Arts Exhibition: Metro Vancouver Photography and Print Artists Apply by Nov 12
The City of Coquitlam, British Columbia, is accepting visual-arts proposals for its 2027–28 municipal exhibition programme. This is especially relevant to photographers, makers of print-based digital images and other creators whose final artwork can be displayed as two-dimensional work in a civic building. The city offers three routes: a thematic group exhibition, a Capture Photography Festival exhibition, or an individual solo exhibition. Applications opened October 15 and close November 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Local eligibility and one-application rule The call is aimed at emerging artists living in Metro Vancouver, with preference given to those in Coquitlam. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and must not be represented by a professional art gallery. Painting, drawing, collage, printmaking and photography are accepted media. Artists may apply for only one of the group, Capture or solo opportunities: submitting to more than one disqualifies the application. This should not be described as a global call open to video or digital-installation work without an appropriate two-dimensional exhibition form. Three exhibition options For the group exhibition, the theme is 'Something Blue': blue must appear prominently or subtly in the work. It is scheduled at Town Centre Park Community Centre from September 13, 2027 to March 1, 2028. The Capture Photography Festival exhibition is a still-life theme, with work shown at the same venue between March 1 and September 10, 2027. Solo exhibitions are planned for Coquitlam City Hall during March 1–September 10, 2027 or September 13, 2027–March 1, 2028; solo proposals should present a cohesive body of work and are better suited to experienced artists. What the exhibition offers The city states that selected artists receive an honorarium, but the amount varies by opportunity and should be checked in the current Artist Information Package. Successful applicants will need to prepare exhibition-quality two-dimensional work, likely with appropriate hanging or display arrangements. Media artists whose work requires sound, moving projection or interaction should first confirm whether the municipality can accommodate their work, because the main published eligible-artwork list emphasizes flat artwork rather than interactive installations. Organizer and public purpose Coquitlam is a Metro Vancouver municipality running this visual-arts programme to showcase emerging local creative practice in accessible community spaces. The city has named exhibition venues, provides an artist information package and application forms, and explicitly invites participants connected to the city's cultural life. The exhibition ties artistic selection to community participation and public display rather than a privately operated award with opaque conditions. How to apply Choose exactly one exhibition opportunity, read its PDF application guidelines and send an online or postal application before 11:59 p.m. on November 12, 2026. Postal applications are directed to the Arts & Culture Program Coordinator at Coquitlam City Hall, 3000 Guildford Way, BC V3B 7N2, with exhibition inquiries through exhibit@coquitlam.ca. Check photography resolution, print presentation and delivery requirements in the matching application package. Independently checked 21 October 2026. The organizer's current terms and application portal control eligibility, fees, technical requirements and deadlines.
- Ottawa Community Galleries 2027: Local Visual and Media Art Exhibition Proposals Close 5 November
The City of Ottawa's Community Galleries Program is inviting exhibition proposals for the 2027 season at Atrium Art Gallery and Trinity Art Gallery. It welcomes regional visual, photographic, media and interdisciplinary artists, collectives, curators and community arts organizations working across artistic media. The published deadline is Thursday 5 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. This is a local-region opportunity, not an unrestricted international call. Who qualifies? The 150-kilometre rule Applicants must live within a 150-kilometre radius of Ottawa. Artists should have developed their practice through formal study, an apprenticeship, mentoring, collaboration or demonstrable self-taught experience. They need a serious record of artistic work, public presentation and professional recognition. Applicants who have exhibited in either Atrium Art Gallery or Trinity Art Gallery during the previous three consecutive years cannot apply. The city will consider only one proposal per applicant, normally the first one it receives. Municipal employees and elected representatives are excluded. Will digital or interactive work be suitable? Although the programme states that all media are eligible, both galleries sit in public civic buildings which members of the public may enter without supervision. A new-media artist should therefore propose equipment, cables, sound, projected images or interactive elements that can be maintained safely without constant supervision. The city's peer jury weighs artistic merit, demonstrated professional commitment, regional relevance, innovation, proposal coherence, physical and technical feasibility and suitability for a highly public venue. The call is not specifically for immersive technology and does not promise to provide computers or projection hardware. Deadline, notification and application planning Applications received after 11:59 p.m. EDT on 5 November 2026 or submitted incomplete will not be accepted. The city says applicants are informed of results by email within three months. Its application interface does not save incomplete answers after a page is refreshed or closed: prepare project statements, artist CV, images, installation details and requested attachments before opening it. The official overview also contains older wording about the application opening soon alongside the current 2027 announcement, so confirm the live status of the web form before scheduling submission. Organizer history and venue This is a municipal programme operated by the City of Ottawa, not an anonymous private gallery. Its website documents 2026 installation views, gallery locations and the peer-assessment process. The programme deliberately brings professional art into publicly accessible civic buildings and welcomes work reflecting the Ottawa region's diverse communities. It is an exhibition proposal rather than a prize competition or guaranteed paid contract; ask the city about any artist fees, insurance, installation assistance and accessible exhibition arrangements. Official source and application Read the City's current overview, eligibility, assessment criteria and separate deadline pages from the Ottawa municipal domain. For eligibility: https://ottawa.ca/en/arts-heritage-and-events/funding-calls-and-opportunities/calls-and-opportunities-culture/community-galleries-call-proposals/eligibility . Submit only via the official form linked from the overview, and keep the application-confirmation email. Independently researched on 21 October 2026. Before entering, consult the linked organizer page for the controlling rules and any changes to the deadline, fee or eligibility.
- Digital Explorations 2027: MFA Juried Digital Photography, Animation and Video Exhibition
The Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) has opened Digital Explorations 2027, an online, juried exhibition dedicated to artwork genuinely created or produced with digital technology. Its scope includes digital photography, digital painting, illustration, graphic design, animation, video, projection and image-based three-dimensional work. The submission deadline is 9 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. according to the organizer's 2027 call, with the virtual exhibition scheduled from 15 February to 14 April 2027. Geographic eligibility: verify the conflicting official wording The 2027 listing first invites artists resident in the United States, Canada or Mexico. In the same linked ArtCall conditions, however, a later standard clause refers to international entry. As these two statements are not completely consistent, artists living outside North America should ask the Maryland Federation of Art for written eligibility confirmation before paying a nonrefundable entry fee. This article does not claim unrestricted worldwide access. All entrants should read the full current prospectus and the general exhibition rules for their location. Media, authenticity and eligibility of works The jury considers original two- or three-dimensional image-based art created or produced using software, including digital composite photography, 3D print-based artwork and time-based media. Artists may enter up to six original works made within the previous three years. The submitted documentation must represent the actual works. MFA explicitly excludes images produced through image-generative AI, reproduced artworks and works displayed in its virtual gallery within the preceding three years. Video entrants should use the submission instructions for still images and an accompanying URL, rather than assuming the system accepts arbitrarily large files. Fees, awards and dates The listed nonmember entry fee is US$45 for one or two works and US$6.75 per additional work, up to six in total. Current MFA members pay US$30 for their first one or two works and US$4.50 for each extra submission. Artist notifications are planned for 14 January 2027 and awards announced 1 March; the total juror-selected cash award pool is US$500. Artwork is offered through the MFA online sales system under its own commission conditions; not all international applicants can set a fixed sale price, so consult the sale and Price on Request provisions. Organizer and independent background Founded in 1963, the Maryland Federation of Art is a nonprofit visual-arts institution in Annapolis that administers Circle Gallery, juried shows, virtual exhibitions and artist opportunities. The organization's 2026–27 calls are listed publicly on its own site. The juror identified for the 2027 digital exhibition, Mollye Bendell, works in digital and immersive media design at the University of Maryland. Named artistic leadership, exhibition dates and the official external entry platform support verification of the call, while eligibility contradictions merit direct inquiry. Application links Begin at MFA's official calls page https://mdfedart.com/call-for-artists/ and open Digital Explorations. The affiliated ArtCall listing contains the 2027 rules: https://mail.artcallentry.com/calls/digital-explorations-2027_34544 . Submit up to six eligible works, confirm the current application fee and keep the payment acknowledgment. Applicants outside the US, Canada and Mexico should seek confirmation of residency eligibility before sending payment. Independently researched on 21 October 2026. Before entering, consult the linked organizer page for the controlling rules and any changes to the deadline, fee or eligibility.
- VisArts Solo Exhibitions 2027: Free International Call for Installation, Film and Digital Media
VisArts, a nonprofit arts organization in Rockville, Maryland, is inviting local, national and international artists to propose solo exhibitions for its 2027 gallery programme. Applications are free. The call includes digital and time-based media, moving images, video, sound, installation, experimental and interdisciplinary art. Submissions close Friday 13 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m. US Eastern Time. Proposals are for physical exhibitions in one of three galleries; applicants outside the United States must consider shipping, installation and attendance logistics. Three spaces and the possibilities for media artists The Gibbs Street Gallery has approximately 1,100 square feet and sixteen-foot ceilings; its street-level glass wall can support ambitious large-scale or immersive installation ideas. The second-floor Common Ground Gallery is an intimate space of roughly 300 square feet, suitable for focused presentations and smaller bodies of work. The second-floor Concourse Gallery, approximately 500 square feet with curved windows, can accommodate two- or three-dimensional artwork, installation and time-based media. Artists should use the floor plans and check electrical supply, light, sound spill and installation restrictions before describing equipment-heavy work. Eligibility and recent solo-show restriction VisArts explicitly invites international, national and local artists to apply for any of the three spaces. One material exclusion applies: artists who have already held a solo exhibition at VisArts in the past three years cannot apply. The organizer does not specify an age limit in the application notice, and proposed works need not all be finished when the application is lodged. However, the work sample should realistically show the direction of the future exhibition. Required files and limits Applicants must complete the organizer's official form and provide an exhibition proposal, artist statement of no more than 200 words, brief artist biography of no more than 200 words, CV or résumé, and up to ten captioned images of existing or proposed work. Images must be JPG, TIFF, PNG or GIF and at least 1920 by 1080 pixels. Film, sound, performance and video documentation may be submitted; for time-based works, two minutes count as one work and the maximum cumulative video duration is ten minutes. Video files must be MP4 or MOV. Do not submit incomplete or mismatched media formats. About VisArts VisArts is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit that traces its role as a community visual-arts organization to 1987. Alongside its three gallery venues it runs a studio-artist programme, emerging-curator activities, community workshops, accessible arts classes and a range of public exhibitions. Its published gallery plans, past programming and identifiable submission portal are useful indicators of organizational standing. Selection is an exhibition opportunity; the call does not promise an automatic production grant or salary, so selected artists should obtain a clear agreement for installation, insurance and transport costs. Apply with no entry fee Use VisArts' own Submittable application, inspect the dimensions of the space you prefer and upload all required material before the US Eastern closing time. Artists working with digital equipment should include a precise installation plan. Do not confuse this open call with VisArts education-course registration or other application cycles. Independently researched on 21 October 2026. Before entering, consult the linked organizer page for the controlling rules and any changes to the deadline, fee or eligibility.
- Luminate Older Artists' Bursaries 2026: Scotland-Based Visual and Digital Artists — Apply by 22 October
Scottish creative-ageing organization Luminate is inviting applications to its 2026 Older Artists' Bursaries. The fund supports people aged 50 and over who are at an early stage of a new artistic career, including those who started making art later in life, have returned after a long break or are established in one field and want to develop a new one. Visual, film, photography, media and digital art practitioners are eligible alongside other creative disciplines. Applicants must live in Scotland. Deadline and award value The official closing time is 5:00 p.m. UK time on Thursday 22 October 2026, so this is an urgent opportunity. Individual awards are between £500 and £1,000, with a £10,000 overall budget. Luminate says at least one award will go to an artist from an ethnically diverse background. Applicants will be notified by 16 November 2026. Successful artists normally receive 90 percent of the award up front and the final 10 percent once the supported activity and short evaluation are completed. Who qualifies and what is not funded Artists must be Scotland residents, 50 or older by the deadline and genuinely developing a new direction of practice. People in full-time education are excluded, although part-time students may apply. The bursaries are intended for skills development, mentoring, coaching, training, research travel or relevant networking. They are not available for routine business promotion, existing running costs, already-completed activity, stand-alone equipment purchases or a project with a total cost over £1,000. A digital artist planning software learning or a new media practice should explain exactly how their proposal advances their own creative work rather than simply buying hardware. How to make a stronger application The panel evaluates the likely impact on the artist's development, the activity's feasibility and budget, and whether the work could happen without support. Describe a specific developmental goal, the selected mentor or course where known, time plan and realistic cost breakdown. Applicants may supply example work as links or a PDF of no more than five pages or five images. Luminate accepts one application per artist or collective. A duo may apply together but the same £1,000 maximum applies. Timeline, accessibility and institutional credibility The supported activity should be completed within eight months of the award, around 16 July 2027. Luminate has administered previous older-artist development programmes and has publicly documented former award recipients and information sessions. It offers alternative application formats by audio or video and adjustments for disabled applicants; requests can go through info@luminatescotland.org. The organizer's 2026 guidance explicitly permits AI writing assistance if disclosed where substantially AI generated, but applications must remain accurate and authentic. Official instructions Use Luminate's own programme page and application form: https://luminatescotland.org/project/development-for-older-artists/older-artists-bursaries-2026/ . The detailed guidance is https://luminatescotland.org/older-artist-bursaries-2026-guidance/ and the FAQs are https://luminatescotland.org/older-artists-bursaries-2026-faqs/ . Do not submit after 5:00 p.m. UK time on the deadline date. Independent editorial summary checked 21 October 2026. Always confirm the official eligibility, deadlines, data protection and any updated conditions before applying.
