Eligibility
Artists must reside in Racine or Kenosha Counties, Wisconsin
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Applicants must not be currently enrolled in a degree-granting program
All career stages and all visual art media are eligible
RAM full-time employees are not eligible
Past recipients may reapply, but not for the immediately following award cycle

Selection based on quality of submitted artwork
Recipients will represent a range of artistic styles
Emerging Artist Award
For artists ages 21–39 as of January 23, 2026
Applicants must not be enrolled in a degree program
Applicants must opt in during application to be considered
