Overview
Ubisoft Montreal is recruiting a Senior Level Artist (Unreal) for a permanent, full-time, office-based position. The artist will create immersive and memorable 3D environments, assembling visual elements that support environmental storytelling, reinforce atmosphere, and improve the player experience across levels, side missions, and open-world spaces.
Responsibilities
The role works with level designers and art direction to understand the game vision, gathers visual references, places proxies, and communicates modelling and texturing needs to art teams. It also integrates and assembles assets in Unreal Engine, adjusts lighting, composition, and environmental detail, balances artistic goals with technical constraints, checks alignment with art direction and gameplay requirements, and tests and iterates environments for a smooth player experience.
Requirements
