A global invitation to photograph everyday wonder
Taiwan-based storage technology company ADATA Technology is organizing its 2026 Photography Contest under the theme ‘Explore the Wonders’. The international open call asks photographers to discover a revealing moment or unexpected detail in the ordinary and explain the story behind their image. The submission period runs from 20 October through 31 December 2026.
Who can enter and what to submit
The official invitation addresses creators around the world. Submit exactly one original JPG or PNG photograph, not exceeding 2 MB, plus a short truthful account of the scene. The online form asks for your name, region, email and social-media account. Only one entry per person is permitted. Review the official rules before submitting personal data or imagery.
Deadline and selection
Entries close at 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2026, Taipei time (UTC+8). ADATA plans to reveal winners on 19 February 2027 on its website and Instagram. The judges assess photographic quality, artistry and visual storytelling; an original, persuasive image matters as much as a catchy title.
Prizes: SSD plus gift cards
Gold, Silver and Bronze prize recipients receive an ADATA URBAN TAPSAFE 1 TB external SSD together with an Amazon.com gift card valued at US$500, US$300 or US$100 respectively. Five Merit Award recipients receive the 1 TB SSD. Amazon gift cards are specifically for the US Amazon.com storefront, not every local Amazon marketplace.
No AI generation; understand usage rights
The rules expressly prohibit AI-generated photographs or heavy alteration of a picture’s core subject through AI. ADATA may request original RAW files or EXIF-bearing originals. Entry also grants the organizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted photograph for administration, promotion and marketing.
