An international open call for emerging and mid-career artists to present public-space projects at Imaginarius 2027 in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.

Eligibility: The official call is open to national and international artists, collectives, and organisations working in artistic creation in public space, including emerging artists, early-career creators, and projects in consolidation.

Application / Project Requirements: The official call accepts theatre, dance, music, circus, performance, intervention, installation, new media, and multidisciplinary practices, including projects that combine languages and explore non-conventional formats. Application materials include project description and specifications, biography or biographies, project images, preferably video, artistic and technical credits, technical rider, and production requirements. Applications must be submitted in Portuguese or English.

Award / Support / Benefits: Up to 18 projects are expected to be selected. Each selected project is presented between three and five times during the festival period. The official PDF lists financial support of EUR 150 per person per performance, or EUR 200 per person per programming day for installations, plus fixed travel contributions, accommodation in twin rooms, meals, shuttle service to and from Porto Airport for participants travelling by air, technical equipment and production support, communication inclusion, and access to Imaginarius PRO.
